New Punjab CM Pervaiz Elahi after Usman Buzdar No Trust Movement

In a significant advancement in wake of ongoing political improvements after a no-trust movement is submitted against Prime Minister Imran Khan, the resistance has consented to give CM Punjab Seat to Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Pervaiz Elahi. The current CM Punjab is Usman Buzdar.

According to sources the opposition parties have agreed over giving the chief minister slot to Pervaiz Elahi after the success of the no-trust move.

Who is Pervaiz Elahi?

Pervaiz Elahi is the current Speaker of the Punjab Assembly and his party PMLQ is in an alliance with PTI since 2018 in Punjab & Federal. But as PMLQ always prefer their benefits so they are agree with PDM parties on the seats of CM Punjab.

Now as the new election will be held in 2023 and till that CM Punjab will be Pervaiz elahi. In this way, PMLQ will take more benefits in Punjab and will strengthen his votes. In 2023 PMLQ will take more seats in Punjab and the other party who will make govt in Punjab will be forced to join the PMLQ in govt as PMLQ is key party to shake any govt.
