Important Guidelines by POF
i- All Pakistani Nationals can apply. However, vacancies shall ordinarily be filled on local basis.
ii- Age will be calculated with effect from closing date of receipt of application i.e..21st April, 2020
iii- Relaxation in upper age limit will be admissible as per prevailing Rules. Ex-Serviceman will be given 15 years age relaxation or number of years served whichever is less upto upper age limit of 50 years.
iv- Ex-servicemen means retired personnel from Armed Forces of Pakistan & Ex-Employees of Paramilitary Forces.
v- The implementation of 02% disable quota will be adhered except the posts mentioned at Sr. 1,2,3 & 5.
vi- Preference will be given to Ex-servicemen for the posts at Sr. 1,2,3,5 & 6
vii- For the post at Sr. # 4, trades exists in POF are CNC, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechateronics, General Machinist, Tool Maker, Press Tool Setter, General Fitter, Boiler, Pipe Fitter, Rolling, Carpentry, Foundry, Mill Wright, Welding, Heat Treatment, Mason, Lab. Attendant, Chemical processor worker, Compressor Attendant, Forging, Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, Environment, Auto, Robotics, Drawing & Design, IT, etc.
viii- Those having foreign spouse are ineligible.
ix- No TA/DA shall be admissible for the test / interview.
x- Government servants and contract employees who have completed 02 years continuous government service on the closing date for receipt of application should apply online, however they will have to provide NOC at the time of testfinterview.
xi- Result awaited applicants are in-eligible to apply. Only eligible candidates will be called for test/ interview through SMS, therefore active mobile number should be mentioned on application Form. However POF will take no responsibility for non receipt of SMS due to any reason.
