The government of Balochistan’s planning and development department circulated a notification regarding composite schedule rates CSR 2023.
The notification stated that Balochistan composite schedule rates BCSR 2023 are hereby notified and placed on the website of the CSR cell of the P & D department, Government of Balochistan.
The rates are applicable for all the schemes of the PSDP which are approved after 1st July 2023. Rates are inclusive of GST, Income tax, and contractors’ profit.
