Govt Increases E-Passport Fee upto 200pc before hajj applications

Directorate General of Immigration & Passports has increased the e-passport fee up to 200pc. The normal passport fee is increased from 3000 to 9000. The urgent passport fee is increased from 5000 to 15000.

Before the hajj application process, Federal Govt has increased the e-passport fee. Now all those applicants who want to renew their old passport or want to get a new passport have to bear the high fee.

There are different categories of passports. The fee depends on the type of passport category. Here is the fee structure for all types of passports.

36 Pages e-Passport

The fee for a passport valid for 5 years and with 36 pages is 9000 in normal and 15000 in an urgent case. The 10-year valid passport of 36 pages will be available in 13500 with the normal period and 22500 with urgent delivery.

72 Pages e-Passport

The fee for a passport valid for 5 years and with 72 pages is 16500 in a normal and 27500 in an urgent case. The 10-year valid passport of 72 pages will be available in 24750 with the normal period and 40500 with urgent delivery.
