The government has approved the outsourcing of Islamabad International Airport for 15 years. According to sources, the Ministry of Finance has approved the plan to outsource the Islamabad Airport.
Under the plan, the third party will give an advance of 100 million dollars in case of outsourcing, while in case of violation, the advance payment will be forfeited and the contract will be canceled.
Airport Management Financial Close Design and Construction Service Charges Exchange Rate Third Party. Third parties will also be allowed to build shopping malls and brand shops at the airport, while customs, site security, and immigration services at the airport will be with the Civil Aviation Authority.
Third-party details have yet not been disclosed. Due to financial and economic crisis, Government decided to outsource the main airports of the Country.
