- Name and number of the electoral area.
- Number of registered voters at the polling station.
- Total number of votes cast at the polling station.
- Number of valid votes for each candidate.
- Number of rejected votes.
- Number of tendered votes (if any).
- Total number of votes polled.
- Signatures of the presiding officer and polling agents.
