GC University Lahore Jobs 2023 are announced in the Daily Express Newspaper. The Government College GC University Lahore is seeking applications for the posts of Project Coordinator and Computer Operator for the new girl’s hostel in the main campus project.

Candidates possessing Bachelor’s degree ( 16 years) in Civil Engineering and an Intermediate with a one-year diploma in CS / IT with relevant experience can apply for these jobs. The age limit is 40-55 years for Project Coordinators and 22-35 years for Computer Operators.

The Government College University famously known as GC University was established as a Government College. After the college was established, after 158 years it raised into the University in 2002 and is known as GC University. The college was renamed GC University Lahore.

In 1864 the College was opened and affiliated with Calcutta University. later on, in 1882 Punjab University was established with the efforts of the Principal of GC. Thereafter, GC was affiliated with Punjab University. In 1989 College was awarded Autonomy in Financial and Administrative Affairs. In 1997 GC granted degree awarding status. And finally, in 2002, GC was elevated to a University.
