Federal Govt Issued a Notification to Increase the Pension of Retired Employees

After the Budget 2022-2023, the Ministry of Finance issued an official notification to increase the federal employee’s pension by 17 percent.

According to the notification, with effect from 1st July, all federal employees including defence as well as armed forces retired civil and armed persons will get an increase in their pensions.

The rule will also impose on family pensions. From 1st July minimum pension amount increased from 10,000 to 12,000 Rs.

It is worth noticing that in the budget, the federal govt increase the pension by 17%, the salary of federal employees by 35%, and the pension of EOBI employees also increase to a minimum of 10,000.
