Bank Holiday in all banks of Pakistan on 4 April 2022 by State Bank of Pakistan is announced.

The State Bank of Pakistan will remain closed for public dealing on Monday, April 4, 2022, which shall be observed as a “Bank Holiday” for the purpose of deduction of Zakat.

All banks / DFIs / MFBs shall, therefore, remain closed for public dealing on 4 April 2022. However, all employees of the banks / DFIs / MFBs will attend the office on Bank Holiday treating it as a normal working day (except for public dealing).

All Major Banks like HBL NBP MCB UBL ABL BOP and all small Banks will also remain closed to the public on 4 April 2022.

Therefore all citizens of Pakistan are requested to finish their bank activities before the bank holiday as many people will not aware and they will visit the banks on Monday and will feel disturbed when Bank will be closed for them.
