Admission Policy for Special Examination 2021 – All BISE Punjab Boards

PBCC Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen announces press release for Admission Policy for Special Examination 2021 for all BISE boards of Punjab including BISE Rawalpindi, BISE Lahore, BISE Multan, BISE Sahiwal, BISE Sargodha, BISE Bahawalpur, BISE DG Khan, BISE Gujranwala, BISE Faisalabad & BISE AJK.

When Special Exams will be held for matric & intermediate?

Matric Special Exams will start from 11 December 2021 & Intermediate Special Exams will start from 27 November 2021.

According to this policy:

An emergent online fleeting of the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons teas` held on 15-10-2021 to discuss the conduct of Special Examinations 2021 in the backdrop of examinations held under Promotion Policy 202 I .The following important information/ decisions made is notified:


According to the notified Promotion Policy 2021, those candidates of SSC and MSC (Pan-II) Aimual Examinations 2021 who were absent in the examinations or who do not accept the award of 33% passing marks in failed subject or subjects, may appear in the Special Examination 2021. Such candidates shall be required to declare in writing their option to appear in the Special Examination 2021 within fifteen days of the declaration of results.

Those candidates whose admission forms were not forwarded by institutions due to shortage of attendance may submit their admission forms and appear in the Special Examination 2021 as regular candidates.

Candidates who want to improve their results according to the Promotion Policy 2021 may appear in the Special Examination 2021. however. if a candidate wants to appear in one or two subject(s), may appear for improvement, but the marks obtained shall be awarded only in the respective subject(s).

Candidates may appear in the additional subject (s) in the Special Examination 2021.

Candidates having the last chance up to Supplementary Examination 2021 may appear in the Special Examination 2021.

Those candidates who were absent in one or two subjects in HSSC (Part-I) and up to three subjects in case of SSC (Part-I) in the Annual Examination 2021, their result card shall be prepared by putting dash mark (-) in the relevant subject column(s). Moreover, a note will be written that such candidates shall appear In the absent subject(s) along with compulsory subjects in Annual Examinations 2022.

Those candidates of SSC and HSSC who appeared for improvement of marks In the Annual Examinations 2021, but are not satisfied with their result, shall be granted one extra chance for the Special Examinations 2021.
